This is what prompted me to work in an agency. I worked for several years in seniors' residences. I loved. However, I wanted to share my love for the PAB profession with the maximum of people as possible. Carole Paquette Health Group welcomed me with open arms! As a mother of 3 young children, I was finally able to reconcile work/family. My personal mission is to leave a positive mark on all the beneficiaries I care for, but also with the work team I join. Teamwork is the key to success, especially for the well-being of residents. Being a beneficiary attendant for the agency has changed my life in a very positive way. What is honorable at Carole Paquette Health Group is that they take the time to highlight our successes. What can I tell, other than positive! They not only listen to the demands of their customers, BUT also listen to their employees. Well, YES, it exists!
