This is what led me to work with an agency. I spent several years working in a senior residence, and I loved it. However, I wanted to share the love I have for the PSW profession with as many people as possible. Groupe Carole Paquette welcomed me with open arms! As a mother of three young children, I finally found the balance between work and family life. My personal mission is to leave a positive mark—not only on the lives of the clients I care for, but also within the team I join. Teamwork is the key to ensuring residents’ well-being. Becoming a personal support worker with the agency has changed my life in a very positive way.
