We take care to assess your needs and based on them, to select from our team the best person to meet your expectations, as well as to exceed them. We are sensitive and attentive to your specific requests, because each home service for our team is a unique challenge and we make every effort to satisfy you, in the smallest of attentions.

Home support

Having supported several home customers over the past few years 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we have the ability to offer a long-term home service, to benefit as long as possible from the advantages related to staying at home. So whether you need a few hours a week or a full time service, our home care team quickly and efficiently organizes a team dedicated to you. The stability of the team will create a peace of mind certainly.

Help with daily tasks

During the home care service, our staff will support you in all your daily tasks. Depending on the level of autonomy, our goal is to help you maintain or increase your physical and/or cognitive abilities.

However, whether you need assistance with getting up, helping going to bed, hygiene care, meal preparation, help with housekeeping, stimulation activities and/or physiotherapy, planning medical appointments, physical activity and more, we have in the home care team meticulous staff, mature and working with the greatest professionalism.

Assistance following hospitalization

Are you or someone close to you undergoing medical intervention in the near future? Our care team will be happy to assist you directly in the hospital, after the procedure, or when you return home, to facilitate your recovery and ease this transition. “Caring” is what we do best!

Surveillance

If you or a loved one needs surveillance, night or day, to prevent a fall or just to provide extra surveillance, one of the team members can come to your home or in a health establishment, so as to ensure your safety and comfort.

Accompaniment to appointments

Whether it is an appointment (planned in advance or last minute), our team will be happy to drive you with your vehicle or one of the company, whatever the nature of the trip, for example: the optometrist, a doctor's appointment, a medical intervention, at the pharmacy, for a shopping session, etc. Our team member will dress adequately, depending on your appointment, upon your request.

Assistance with physiotherapy exercises

Being under the care of a physiotherapist, an at-home exercise program will inevitably be part of your treatment plan. From then on, a member of our team will be able to accompany and support you in your daily exercises, in the comfort of your home, according to the frequency and types of exercises recommended by your physiotherapist. The goal is for you to regain your maximum physical ability, allowing you to carry out the activities of the past.

Help with hygiene and bathing

Depending on the frequency, our team will come home to provide hygiene care (partial or complete), whether it is with a shower or a bath. Depending on the autonomy, we ask that the environment is safe, recommendations can be made during our visit, to facilitate care. Note that we always maximize the autonomy of the person, in each case.

Respite service and help for natural caregivers

Are you taking care of a loved one and it is with a lot of commitment that you accompany that person? A moment of respite is sometimes desired and necessary. Meal preparation

Certain members of our team are known to have the facility to concoct tasty and comforting meals. We also recognize that eating is one of the pleasures of life, so we are available to prepare meals for you, as often as you want, right in your home, according to your preferences.

Reminder for taking medication

The beneficiary attendant is entitled to come to your home to ensure that your medication is taken at the times determined according to the prescription. Medication administration and invasive care to assist with activities of daily living comply with the directives and instructions issued by the CLSC nurse associated in the file. In addition, the manager responsible for the home service ensures rigorous monitoring of compliance with the instructions of his staff.

Housekeeping

Combined with a personal service, our care team comes to your home to perform (light) housekeeping tasks. So whether it's folding clothes, changing bedding, cleaning the bathroom, etc. we will make sure that your environment meets your expectations in terms of cleanliness.

Transfer assistance

Whether it is a temporary or permanent limitation, our team is available at any time to offer assistance with your transfers or moves. We know how essential it is for everyone to be able to complete their daily activities, with maximum autonomy, which is why a service of this nature has been created. For medium or long-term services, a manager can come to your home free of charge, in complete safety, according to your availability, to meet you, so as to properly assess your needs and expectations in terms of care.

The services of a beneficiary attendant generally require a minimum of 3 (consecutive) hours.
