The approach adopted by the Carole Paquette Health Group team is to be integral, through a complete and diversified range of health care services, both at home, in care and long-term centers, in private institutions, in clinics as well as in hospitals.

We support our customers at home daily, through each stage of their life, to improve or maintain their autonomy. More precisely, we are committed to seeing beyond the current needs of our customers and to being more than concerned with details, which make a difference for them. It is with the utmost discretion and professionalism that our employees share the routine of our customers.

We believe that it is possible to getting older with dignity and respect. For this, we trat our customers with empathy, diligence and love.

For almost 20 years now, we have been taking care of our customers, according to very high-quality standards. We want to make a positive difference in their lives, as well as their families. We plan to continue building for several more years relationships with our customers, based on trust, communication, listening and satisfaction. We are committed to providing services that meet needs and provide a healthy and peaceful life.

Founder and president

With more than twenty years of experience in the health sector, Ms. Paquette has an extraordinary “human” side. Recognized for hey optimistic vision of health care, her commitment and her leadership, the quality of care cannot be a compromise for her. She is convinced that it is possible to get older in love, with good people around. Over the years, she has shared these values of integrity and dedication to her only daughter, Andréa Tourigny, who is gradually taking over the family business, in her mother’s footsteps.

Vice president

Holding a bachelor’s degree in administration, concentration in human resources, as well as a master’s degree in management with a specialization in management from HEC Montréal, Ms. Tourigny is named as the next generation of the family business. During her academic course, companies of today and tomorrow have always fascinated her. She notably wrote her dissertation on the industry and the practices of private companies like theirs.

Sharing the human values of the company, Ms. Tourigny is qualified by the members of her team as a transparent, efficient and sensitive person, as well as with an impeccable work ethic. Hey ability to communicate with the care staff, as well as the elderly and their families, make her a person with all skills required to be able to change care environment in 2021 and in the years to come!

Gestionnaire des ressources humaines et du développement à la clientèle

Dans l'équipe depuis maintenant près de deux ans, on peut définitivement affirmer que Mme Dorion-Estrela contribue au succès de la gestion de l'entreprise, par ses qualités de communication, son sens de l'initiative, sa rapidité d'exécution et son professionnalisme. Elle est en charge d'une grande partie des activités de ressources humaines, en plus d'être en charge du développement à la clientèle, en collaboration avec Mme Tourigny.  

Depuis son arrivée, elle a su créer des relations de confiance auprès des parties desquelles elle est appelé à travailler. 

La direction est ravie de la place importante qu'elle occupe dans l'équipe de gestionnaires, de même que pour son engagement depuis le tout premier jour!
