The approach adopted by the Carole Paquette Health Group team is to be integral, through a complete and diversified range of health care services, both at home, in care and long-term centers, in private institutions, in clinics as well as in hospitals.
We support our customers at home daily, through each stage of their life, to improve or maintain their autonomy. More precisely, we are committed to seeing beyond the current needs of our customers and to being more than concerned with details, which make a difference for them. With more than twenty years of experience in the health sector, Ms. Paquette has an extraordinary “human” side. Recognized for hey optimistic vision of health care, her commitment and her leadership, the quality of care cannot be a compromise for her. She is convinced that it is possible to get older in love, with good people around. Over the years, she has shared these values of integrity and dedication to her only daughter, Andréa Tourigny, who is gradually taking over the family business, in her mother’s footsteps.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in administration, concentration in human resources, as well as a master’s degree in management with a specialization in management from HEC Montréal, Ms. Tourigny is named as the next generation of the family business. During her academic course, companies of today and tomorrow have always fascinated her. She notably wrote her dissertation on the industry and the practices of private companies like theirs.
Sharing the human values of the company, Ms. Tourigny is qualified by the members of her team as a transparent, efficient and sensitive person, as well as with an impeccable work ethic. Hey ability to communicate with the care staff, as well as the elderly and their families, make her a person with all skills required to be able to change care environment in 2021 and in the years to come!

Gestionnaire des ressources humaines et du développement à la clientèle
Dans l'équipe depuis maintenant près de deux ans, on peut définitivement affirmer que Mme Dorion-Estrela contribue au succès de la gestion de l'entreprise, par ses qualités de communication, son sens de l'initiative, sa rapidité d'exécution et son professionnalisme. Elle est en charge d'une grande partie des activités de ressources humaines, en plus d'être en charge du développement à la clientèle, en collaboration avec Mme Tourigny.
Depuis son arrivée, elle a su créer des relations de confiance auprès des parties desquelles elle est appelé à travailler.
La direction est ravie de la place importante qu'elle occupe dans l'équipe de gestionnaires, de même que pour son engagement depuis le tout premier jour!

Agente administrative (gestion de la liste de rappel et des horaires)
Dans l'équipe depuis près d'un an, Mme Paillé travaille de concert avec Mme Dorion et Mme Tourigny, en charge de la planification des soins à domicile, de même qu'avec M. Rodriguez Recinos, soit au niveau de la confection des horaires du personnel de santé.
M. Paillé a grandement a coeur le service à la clientèle et a comme objectif de répondre le plus efficacement possible aux besoins de notre clientèle, tout en respectant des délais très serrés. Nous avons que de bons commentaires à son égard, tant de la part de notre clientèle que de notre personnel, pour son côté humain, sa disponibilité et sa douceur.
Nous sommes privilégiés de pouvoir compter sur Mme Paillé dans notre équipe, puisqu'elle représente fièrement les valeurs et la mission de l'entreprise!

Dans l'équipe depuis près d'une année, M. Rodriguez travaille conjointement avec Mme Paillé dans la confection des horaires du personnel soignant.
Il s'est toujours pleinement investi dans l'équipe, que ce soit par sa disponibilité, sa volonté d'apprendre et d'aider les autres. Effectivement, M. Rodriguez est constamment à la recherche de solutions aux différentes problématiques rencontrées.
M. Rodriguez est également considéré comme une pierre angulaire de l'entreprise, contribuant ainsi au maintien et au développement des activités.
I was able to benefit from the work of qualified, sensitive, friendly and respectful staff in the various tasks accomplished, such as: cooking nutritious meals, doing laundry, etc. and in accompanying tasks (making lists, shopping for groceries, keeping the home in order rather than arranging my clothes to put on). As someone who has partially lost their autonomy, feeling supervised, supported and valued (in addition to a smile) relieved me of my daily stress. One morning a week, I opened my door and I felt relief. And when the time to say goodbye arrived, I knew that, the next week, this peace of mind would revisit me through the presence of employees who have the well-being of others at heart.

The Le Quartier Mont-Saint-Hilaire residence has been using the services of the GSCP for almost 3 years. Either for occasional replacements of nursing assistants or beneficiary attendants. I would like to tell you how much your tulips have put a balm on my heart, how they reminded me that there are still people and companies who really have their hearts in the right place. I know that employees are a reflection of their boss or rather, if you have an exceptional boss, well, as an employee, he will know it as well.
