Carole Paquette
Founder
With over twenty years of experience in the healthcare field, Ms. Paquette is known for her extraordinary sense of humanity. Recognized for her optimistic vision of healthcare, her commitment, and her leadership, she believes that the quality of care is never something to compromise on. She is deeply convinced that aging with love and surrounded by support is entirely possible.
Over the years, she passed on her values of integrity and dedication to her only daughter, Andréa Tourigny, who has now taken over the management of the company, following in her mother’s footsteps.

Holding a bachelor's degree in administration with a specialization in human resources, as well as a master's degree in management with a focus on leadership from HEC Montréal, Ms. Tourigny took over the management of the company in 2022.
Sharing the company's core value of humanity, Ms. Tourigny is described by her team members as transparent, efficient, empathetic, and possessing an impeccable work ethic.
Her natural ability to connect with care staff, seniors, and their families makes her exceptionally well-suited to help shape and advance the field of healthcare—both today and in the years to come.

Alyson Dorion-Estrela
Having been part of the team for over three years now, it’s clear that Ms. Dorion-Estrela plays a key role in the successful management of the company. Her strong communication skills, initiative, quick execution, and professionalism all contribute to her impact. She oversees a large portion of human resources activities, in addition to leading client development efforts in collaboration with Ms. Tourigny.
Since joining the team, she has built strong relationships based on trust with everyone she works with.
Management is proud of the important role she plays within the leadership team and grateful for her commitment since day one!

I was able to benefit from the work of qualified, sensitive, friendly and respectful staff in the various tasks accomplished, such as: cooking nutritious meals, doing laundry, etc. and in accompanying tasks (making lists, shopping for groceries, keeping the home in order rather than arranging my clothes to put on). As someone who has partially lost their autonomy, feeling supervised, supported and valued (in addition to a smile) relieved me of my daily stress. One morning a week, I opened my door and I felt relief. And when the time to say goodbye arrived, I knew that, the next week, this peace of mind would revisit me through the presence of employees who have the well-being of others at heart.
