In collaboration with your local CLSC (Local Community Service Centre), we support our clients through their final moments, alongside family members.

With the utmost compassion and discretion, we offer reassurance, guidance, and recommendations for palliative care services, with dedicated, skilled, and thorough nurses—ensuring these moments with loved ones unfold just as you wish, in the comfort of your home.

Every request you make is heard and taken into account in the care provided, and our staff works with great sensitivity.

All basic care and nursing services are delivered, with follow-ups ensured in coordination with the attending physician and any other specialists involved in the case.

You and your loved one deserve to share these final moments in a serene, peaceful, and loving environment. We are here to make sure that happens.

SOINS POSTOPÉRATOIRES ET DE CONVALESCENCE

After a hospitalization and/or medical procedure, you may temporarily experience functional limitations and have difficulty getting around. To avoid having to travel to the CLSC, hospital, or clinic, our nursing team offers the possibility of coming to your home to help prevent potential complications.

We can provide the following types of care:

Wound assessment
Dressing changes
Packing changes
Removal of stitches and staples
Catheter insertion and replacement
Medication injections
Tube feeding (gavage)
And more

We ensure a smooth and gentle return home.

Please note that some treatments require a medical prescription.

Our nurses are happy to come to your home or office, Monday through Saturday, starting as early as 6:00 a.m., to provide the following services:

Blood tests (Complete blood count, blood type, full panel, glucose, etc.)
Stool analysis
Urine analysis

Foot care should not be overlooked, as it has a major impact on your overall health—it promotes comfort, reduces or eliminates pain, and helps prevent complications.

No prescription is required. Our nurse specialized in foot care can address specific needs such as calluses, ingrown toenails, corns, thickened skin, cracks, and fissures—all in the comfort of your home.
