Groupe Santé Carole Paquette is a family-owned company, founded in 2002 by Ms. Carole Paquette. After over a decade of involvement and knowledge-sharing, her only daughter, Ms. Andréa Tourigny, took over to carry on the company’s core mission: to help, care for, and comfort clients—while adapting the range of services to today’s realities and the evolving needs of the Quebec population.

OUR HOME CARE SERVICES

Our highly qualified and experienced healthcare professionals, carefully selected by our management team, are equipped to provide you with in-home care services.

Our family auxiliaries, personal support workers, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, and clinical nurses are committed to assisting you in the comfort of your own home, based on your short-, medium-, or long-term needs.

We travel to provide the services you require, whether you are at home, in a long-term care facility (CHSLD), a seniors’ home, an intermediate resource (RI), a private seniors’ residence (RPA), or even in a hospital. We work in collaboration with on-site care teams to ensure that you or your loved one receives all the necessary care.

SPECIALIZED NURSE PRACTITIONER – TELECONSULTATION AND AT-HOME VISITS

We will be adding the services of a Specialized Nurse Practitioner starting in early June 2025, available via teleconsultation and at-home visits.

This will allow us to offer consultations that address a wide range of needs expressed by our clients over the past several years.

We are proud to soon share the full list of new services, which will include prescription renewals, antibiotic prescriptions, STI screening, cryotherapy, and much more—enabling us to expand our range of services while remaining true to our core mission: to help, care for, and comfort our clients.

CARE PROVIVED BY BENEFICIARIES

Our home care assistants and beneficiary attendants are ready to help you in the comfort of your home as quickly as possible.

The home care team is trained to follow you in daily task: such as hygiene and bathing, meal preparation, help getting up and going to bed, appointments, taking medication, housekeeping, and such more. We can even assist you with your physiotherapy exercises, if necessary.

Based on your expectations, we aim to maintain or improve your autonomy, according to your physical and-or cognitive capacities. Therefore, whether it is a short or long-term need, one of our team managers at home is committed to meeting you to set up a service adapted to your needs, determine the best “formula” with you and thus select the best “help” for you.

NURSING CARE

Our health professionals are always available to provide you nursing care at your home. Our range of nursing services is diverse and complete, including post-operative and convalescent care, wound treatments, blood tests (urine, fecal), foot care, injections, vaccination, medication monitoring, ear cleaning, as well as a complete assessment or your state of health.The nurses in our team are rigorous, competent and professional, do not hesitate to contact one of the team managers at home for information or an evaluation.

- THE TAX CREDIT FOR HOME-SUPPORT SERVICES FOR SENIORS

 

This credit applies to individuals aged 70 and over.
You could receive up to 39% of eligible expenses paid by you or your spouse per year. Additionally, you may apply for advance payments.

- SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PAYCHEQUE

 

You may qualify for the Program, offered by your local health and social services center (CSSS). Nearly half of your home care service invoice could be reimbursed!

 

- INSURANCE

 

If you have health care coverage through a private insurance plan, our monthly invoices can be submitted directly to your insurer, allowing you to request a refund based on your coverage.
